5pm, City Hall, Cortland. Join us this year for our “Deck the Halls” event starting at 1 pm celebrating “Small Business Saturday.” Join us for an afternoon of shopping downtown, listening to carolers, visiting with Santa, and enjoying cocoa and cookies. We will have a gift wrapping station along with other great downtown events leading up to lighting the Tree at City Hall at 5 pm. We hope you will stick around and enjoy dinner at one of our downtown or other city establishments. More information to come.
