Dragonfyre Distillery’s Tasting Room and Gift Shop offers a unique experience in a fun and friendly atmosphere for people to enjoy. Come have a taste, take a tour, and talk with the owners, Vince and Donna Pedini, about their passion for craft whiskey.
Current offerings are Dragon Moon Shine, a white whiskey made from 100% locally grown corn, and Dragon Moon Shadow, a bourbon-like whiskey. Customers have shown surprise and delight when tasting them, saying “That is the best moonshine I have ever tasted!” and “Wow, that is really smooth!”
Vince hand built the 25 gallon copper still, along with most of the equipment that is used to make their small batches, and Donna used many of her artistic talents to paint and decorate the distillery and tasting room, creating not just a distillery, but a destination!
Dragonfyre Distillery is located at 1062 Leonard Road, Marathon, NY, 4 miles east of Marathon, off RT. 221 East. Their hours are Fridays 3pm-8pm, Saturdays 10am-6pm and Sundays noon-5pm, or call 607-849-9600 for an appointment. Visit their website and Facebook page at dragonfyredistillery.
