It’s that time of year again, the leaves have all changed, the winter coats are getting pulled out, and the holidays are just around the corner. Hi, I am Hannah Baker and I am the Tompkins County Alternate Dairy Princess. Thanksgiving is less than two weeks away and Christmas is slowly approaching also, and that means that everyone is going to be very busy. Let’s face it, with the holidays coming everyone enjoys eating, but eating healthy kind of gets forgotten. A great way to enjoy all those great meals is eating well before the holidays come around. Why not start your day off with a delicious cup of yogurt! It’s easy and so nutritious. For another quick snack, try a cheese stick. It’s also full of nutrients that your body needs and of course, is very tasty too! These are a few great ways to eat healthier for the holidays, and help you enjoy everything a little more when the holidays are here.
