Brian and Erin Bullard, founders and owners of ONCO Fermentations, a farm brewery in Tully that opened on 3/15/19, will present their business backstory to the community as part of Tully Rotary’s rotating business highlight series. Former partners in a six acre commercial hop farm in Fabius and heavily ingrained in the craft beer community, Brian and Erin will discuss their experience opening a community-focused brewery, and why they chose Tully.
