We invite you to join us for a FREE…Caregiver Appreciation Luncheon
Monday, November 26th from 12-2pm in Rm. B40 of the County Office Building
Deli-Style lunch provided

· Cindy Lewis, Former Caregiver Coordinator at Cortland County Area Agency on Aging & former Director of Activities and Volunteers at Cortland Care Center
· Bill Hopkins , Facilitator of the Alzheimer’s Support Group and former professor of Psychology at SUNY Cortland
