Tour a ‘high tunnel’ (and a low tunnel) which supply much of the household’s winter produce! A high tunnel is a tall plastic-enclosed growing area that relies on sunlight and captured heat to grow hardy greens. Sunday March 19: please arrive for start of the tour at 1:00 pm. South Lansing location. Address and directions available upon sign-up. Limited parking. Limit of 15 participants.
