October 27 – Cortland Halloween Parade

6pm, Main Street, Cortland. Parade registration and contest paddle pick up 5-5:50 pm at Cortland Elks Lodge, 9 Groton Ave. Parade line up at 6 pm. Parade starts at6:15 pm. We invite all of Cortland County youth (18 and under) and their families to attend and participate in the parade as well as the Trick or Treating preceding the parade. Sponsored by the City of Cortland,Cortland Downtown Partnership, Cortland Elks Lodge, Kiwanis Club of Cortland, and Cortland Repertory Theatre. No charge.
