Compost with Confidence at the Ithaca Farmers Market! Free class held the last Saturday of the month (June-October) from 11:00-Noon. Next class will be held on Saturday, August 29. In addition to compost basics, covered at each class, the focal topic for August will be how to compost indoors. Not everyone has access to a backyard! Come to the compost demo site at the south end of the Farmers Market pavilion at Steamboat landing to see and experience compost. Free and open to the public. Call Adam at 272-2292 for more details.
