7PM: THE FABIUS HISTORICAL SOCIETY will meet at the Fabius Community Center (7786 Main St., Rt. 80). Norm Dann will present “Cousins of Reform”. This program covers the activities of Elizabeth Cady Stanton and Gerrit Smith in both the abolition movement and the women’s rights movement, with focus on the relationships between the two movements. They were first cousins (their mothers were sisters), and they became powerful, outspoken, radical leaders of those movements. Free and open to the public. Refreshments will follow the program.
