5pm, City Hall, Cortland. Join us this year for our “Deck the Halls” event starting at 1pm celebrating “Small Business Saturday.” Join us for an afternoon of shopping downtown, listening to carolers, visiting with Santa, and enjoying cocoa and cookies. We will have a gift wrapping station along with other great downtown events leading up to lighting the Tree at City Hall at 5pm. We hope you will stick around and enjoy dinner at one of our downtown or other city establishments. More information to come.
