Elly’s career has spanned the traditional to the entrepreneurial, including Nurse to Nurse Midwifery to Computer Information Services. She has a PhD in CIS with an MS in midwifery. Her experiences include collaboration software, evaluation/usability, public health/GIS, semantic web applications, and women’s health. In her “spare” time (!) she is renovating a vintage Airstream travel trailer and incorporating emerging technology options along the way.
Join us as Elly shares her journey and find out what inspired her to make the career choices and changes she has, what obstacles she encountered, and what her ultimate goal is.
