11am to 1pm, Lime Hollow Center, 338 McLean Road inCortland. Join local Master Herbalist, Norma Jean Wood, for an herb walk on Lime Hollow’s trails and learn how to identify and harvest plants in the wild. We’ll have fun learning the medicinal uses of these wild plants, learn where you are likely to find them growing, the harvesting season, how and where to harvest and store the herbs you pick in a respectful and sustainable way. We’ll also be making an infusion that you will be able to take home. Please dress appropriately for the weather and bring your own bag for gathering. Free admission, donations appreciated.
