Amanda Montgomery of Cornell Cooperative Extension is clearing away the dirt from home-composting. Learn why composting matters, the dos and don’ts of composting, and the 411 on making your own indoor or outdoor compost bin for your home gardens. Composting saves money on watering and fertilization while protecting our community from pollution and heavy landfill use. Best of all its thrifty, easy and fun.
