30 Years of Sharing the Gift of Microd Racing!

Microd racing is a gift that parents share with children, it is a gift of time, a gift of love. It’s a parent saying I’m going to spend a set time with a child each week for the duration of a summer. Looking back years later, my fondest memories are of the time my parents spent with me doing things together. The Finger Lakes Microd Club offers a picturesque setting with all of its beautiful shade trees, lush landscaped lawn, and well kept buildings. A fine setting for you to spend time with your family & friends.

Little Wheels Speedways located just off the corners of Rts. of 38 & 34B, is the spot of Microding’s Premiere Facility. The Track has microds families can rent, as well as classes where club members can own their own cars & motors. Recently the members made a decision to go with Honda motors for our own your own car & motor classes, Because of this we have seen tremendous groth in these classes. During the course of the last 30 years, our club has given 558 kids a chance to race a microd with our club. Another unique thing about this club is “it not about winning” like so….many racing organizations are these days. The emphasis is on parents spending time with their children, interacting & helping other families, in a nice atmosphere doing an activity everyone enjoys! With a secondary emphasis on learning how to deal with break downs and disappointments, which is part of life let alone, Microd Racing!
