11 am to 4 pm, Main Street in Cortland. Chili Cook-Off and Winter Tasting Tour, Sales and Specials, Family Fun Center at Marketplace Mall with music, face-painting, clowning and surprises. Contests and prizes! General admission $10, includes collectible Chill-A-Bration mug and sample tickets. Tickets on sale at 9 Main Street, Cortland, Jodi’s Hallmark & Trends and Cortland Beer Company. Tickets also available at 9 Main Street on the day of the event.
