6pm, City Hall, 25 Court Street in Cortland. Join in the festivities as the city lights its holiday tree. Santa will be arriving in a fire engine, and hot cocoa and cookies will be available at the fire station, next door to City Hall. For more information call the Mayor’s office at (607) 758-8374.
