12:30 to 3:30pm, David Harum Senior Center at Homer Town Hall. “A Matter of Balance: Managing Concerns About Falls” presented by Cortland County Area Agency on Aging (AAA) and the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), is an 8 week class designed to reduce the fear of falling and increase activity levels among older adults. 8 Mondays, preregistration required.
