The Picture House, 85 Homer Avenue in Cortland. This is a fundraiser for the Cultural Council. A gallery wall filled with 6 inch by 6 inch paintings is displayed. Each painting is sold for $20, and all paintings are donated by local artists. The recipient of this Year’s Lifetime Achievement Award for a visual artist will be announced during the evening, and the painting purchased by the Cultural Council will be unveiled.
