Using readings, poetry, writing, and sharing of our stories and experiences, we will explore our grief and discover new pathways into the future. Please commit to all 6 sessions.

Elaine Mansfield writes about love, loss, and continuing bonds. Since her husband’s death in 2008, she has focused on end-of-life and bereavement issues. Elaine writes for the Hospicare newsletter and website and facilitated a drop-in group at Hospicare for women who lost spouses or partners from October 2011 until May 2012.
Elaine was a nutritionist, exercise trainer, and women’s health counselor for 25 years, writing extensively about these subjects and teaching workshops, classes, and individuals.
