6 pm, J.M. McDonald Sports Complex, 4292 Fairgrounds Drive in Cortland. This official USA Boxing event is one of the largest amateur boxing tournaments in the country and will feature top boxers from NYS, competing to move on to a national level of competition. Among these elite boxers are Cortland locals Phil Parrish, Chris Tier, Janice Meyer, and Mike Taylor. Tickets for the event are $10 advance or $20 at the door.
