1998 Audi A4 Quattro – $1,500 o.b.o.

Many good things about this car such as timing belt, s belt, water pump and roller have been replaced at 182k and the car has 192k on it now. This car has been in the family for a long time and always ran great. Had an oil and filter change every 3-4k. Tires are still good, have around 50% tread left. Brakes are rusty from sitting for almost a year, but were fine before taken off the road. The body has some small dents and scratches here and there. The engine starts fine but runs rough. Over heated from running low on coolant. Not sure what the exact problem is but the engine does make quite a bit of racket, but still runs and moves. Don’t know enough to tear down the engine or have room to diagnose the problem plus my sister (who owned the car) has bought another vehicle.
