6pm, Main Street in Cortland. Line up starts at 6 pm at the Elks Lodge, parade at 6:15 pm to Cortland Repertory Theatre for treats and costume judging results. For children under 18. Costume contest entry forms will be made available to Cortland County residents in September. No fee for entry.
