Once again Hospicare will be hosting Illuminations, our annual memorial event. Enjoy the Hospicare gardens, light a luminaria in memory or in honor of a loved one, and share in refreshments. A special program of remembrance features live music and spoken words, and concludes with candlelight on the pond. Local musician Samite will perform, along with Hospicare’s a cappella singing circle, Women Singin’.
Attendance is free, although luminarias can be personalized for a suggested donation of $25. Donations are greatly appreciated, but not required. The event is open to the public, and all are welcome to attend. To learn more, or to purchase a luminaria, call Hospicare at 607-272-0212.
