Hello my name is Olivia Whyte, a local LMT. I’m the owner and practitioner behind Liv Well Rejuvenation and Rehabilitation. I have been practicing for 8 years. Graduating with my Certificate for Massage therapy from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage, I went on to pass my boards exam and immediately started my career at a local spa. I moved back home to the Cortland area in 2018 and took a position working at a local chiropractor’s office. My clientele revolved mainly on referrals from the chiropractors as well as continued medical massage with veterans through a VA program. I have the skills and familiarity to provide you with a relaxing experience and ambiance of a spa or the working knowledge to address soft tissue dysfunctions and injuries through treatment based techniques. I currently practice out of a dedicated private space in my home. But, I have some very exciting news to share! I am building an addition that will take my studio to the next level. This addition will be fully handicapped accessible and will include a small waiting area for clients, its own designated bathroom, as well as a new massage space!

The mind and the body are so deeply interwoven and that can be easy to forget and disconnect from in our busy lives. I work with my clients to rebuild that connection through intentional and purposeful massage addressing mental, emotional, and physical imbalances. Massage is not a miracle but is a tool for improving our daily lives. Massage is more than a luxury we treat ourselves with on a special occasion which one can book at 출장. Massage is prioritizing yourself. It’s taking care of yourself in a meaningful and palpable way.

The health of our spine plays a crucial role in our overall well-being, and many people overlook its importance until they begin to experience discomfort. The spine supports not only our physical structure but also the nervous system, which affects nearly every part of our body. Addressing issues related to the spine is essential in maintaining proper movement and function. While massage therapy can help alleviate soft tissue tension and promote relaxation, it’s also valuable to integrate other practices, such as chiropractic care, into your routine for comprehensive spinal health.

At the Chiropractic Family Health Center, spinal health is prioritized with a holistic approach that can complement the benefits of massage therapy. Chiropractic adjustments help to align the spine, relieve pressure on nerves, and restore mobility. This combined approach – utilizing both massage and chiropractic care – can greatly enhance the recovery process, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. If you’re dealing with chronic pain or discomfort, incorporating these treatments into your health regimen can lead to better posture, less tension, and a more balanced body overall.

“I love what I do and I’m so thankful and grateful to all who have helped me on my journey of building my own massage therapy practice and for the continued support from my amazing and loyal clients. I couldn’t do it without them! I can’t wait to meet more people in my community and start helping improve their quality of life through compassionate and methodical massage therapy sessions.”
