Welcome to ONCO Fermentations, Tully’s very own brewery! The brewery was opened in March of 2019 by Brian and Erin Bullard and offers 12 taps of house brewed beers in a 2400 sq foot urban warehouse brewery with tasting room at the back of Applied Concepts on Route 281 in Tully. Since opening the couple has developed an outdoor beer garden and expanded into the remaining 3400 square feet available to them, well ahead of schedule.
The brewery is very family friendly and offers wine, hard cider, soda, and coffee along with beer.
Well received by the community, the company is already becoming a key asset to the Town of Tully and surrounding areas. ONCO has become a popular gathering space for residents and visitors offering live music weekly, community focused events and private party spaces.
ONCO offers a “cozy urban warehouse” tasting room with garage doors that open to the deck and beer garden, a large indoor event space/party room, front deck, and beer garden space offering visitors many options for seating and enjoying a relaxing day at the brewery. Dogs are allowed to visit on the deck and in the beer garden, which features an acre of table space and lawn areas for chairs, blankets, and play, along with three firepits.
There is a house food truck on site run by Kevin and Melissa Spinner of Spinner LLC and Naan Ya’ Business, offering “159 concept” menu (for Tully’s zip code 13159) that changes weekly. The menus include brunch every Sunday from 11-1, after which the week’s main menu resumes. Anyone is welcome to purchase 159 food for to go or to enjoy on ONCO’s premises even if beer purchases aren’t a part of their outing. Reservations are not required (though a call ahead to the brewery for larger groups is requested).
The brewery is open Thursdays and Fridays from 4-9, Saturdays from 1-9, and Sundays from 11-6. Current hours for food service are Thursdays 4-8, Friday 4-8, Saturday 2-8, and Sundays 11 – 5 (brunch to lunch).
