Are you interested in walking through history?  The Central New York Living History Center is the place for you!  Conveniently located at 4386 US Route 11 between Cortland and Homer, our three component museums offer something for everyone.

The Brockway Truck Museum is devoted to the history, furniture, carriages and the trucks that were produced here in Cortland County from 1875 until 1977.  These dependable, used heavy duty trucks and the history of this local company, put this area on the map as Huskietown, USA.

The Homeville Museum and the Ken Eaton Collection of Military Memorabilia dating back to the Civil War and army rank insignia pins will not disappoint.  Model train layouts and railroading history round out this one of a kind museum.

The Big Red Barn on the property, is the home of the Tractors of Yesteryears Collection.  This collection of vintage tractors are some of the most unique tractors that you will see.  In “Grandma’s Kitchen”, you will find items that made up the heart of the home in years past.

Our line-up of fall events includes something for everyone!

  • October 2:  All-Wheels Show and Vintage Tractor Pull
  • October 9-10:  Military Vehicle Show featuring vehicles from WWII forward, presentations, music and more
