We all have been thrust into an uncertain time, with everyone worried about the coronavirus and ordered to stay home. Many people have begun to worry about how to get the healthcare they need. We at Finger Lakes Dermatology are happy to announce that we are offering teledermatology visits for both new and established patients. These virtual doctor visits are covered by your insurance, and allow you to talk one on one with the physician from the safety and comfort of your own home. Just give us a call and we will set it up for you. A Zoom web meeting link will be emailed to you. Simply click on the link and follow the instructions. The teledermatology visit can be done on a computer, smartphone or tablet, and permit you to get advice directly from the expert on most skin conditions. Prescriptions can be sent to the pharmacy electronically. We are still open for regular appointments if you prefer to be seen in person or if you need a biopsy.
