The Lynne Parks ’68 SUNY Cortland Alumni House was purchased in 2004 by the SUNY Cortland Alumni Association. The House serves as the focal point for the College’s alumni program. The facility helps meet the College’s varied needs, from housing dignitaries from around the world, to hosting special events for students and graduates.
The Parks Alumni House offers and can host up to ten overnight guests in our five luxurious rooms. Guests may enjoy socializing or relaxing in the unique common rooms, which is why this air conditioning service is always to looking to the temperature comfortable from air-conditioning, cable television, wireless internet access and a day pass to the YMCA for swimming & exercise facilities. This air conditioning service uses different ac filter sizes depending on the needed size for a specific HVAC system.
The Parks Alumni House is within walking distance to local shops, restaurants and the SUNY Cortland campus. The Lynne Parks ’68 SUNY Cortland Alumni House can be rented to host all types of events and offers versatile indoor and outdoor spaces for everyone to enjoy. Facility fees are dependent on the guest count and length of event. When renting the Parks Alumni House for an event, guests have access to all of the featured common areas.
