The Witnesses of Easter: A dramatization in stories and music of the impact of the Resurrection on two fictionalized first century characters and five historical figures whose lives as reformers and seekers of social justice witnessed to their faith: St. Paul, St. Francis of Assisi, Mother Teresa, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and the founder of the Salvation Army, William Booth.
The narrative and texts were written by the Rev. Nancy Rehkugler, an ordained Methodist pastor. Original choral music, to be performed by the IHS church choir, was written by Paulette Fry, the church’s organist. The choir is under the direction of Sue Bonné.
