December 7 – Leadership in Our Midst: Cultivating Leader-full Organizations

In the search for diverse leadership, most organizations ignore one of their greatest assets: the large, untapped pool of informal, grassroots, or “natural” leaders that already exists around them. In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to strategically grow a diverse, leader-full organization while simultaneously furthering your organization’s mission, goals and work. Cost: $75 community non-profits; $90 for large non-profits and for-profit businesses. Fee includes handouts, healthy snacks & beverages.
