Who We Are

We are a family run farm owned and run by Trever and Monica Sherman. Our 47 acre production farm neighbors the family organic dairy farm. As third generation farmers, Farming is in our blood. We also share a farm store with the family dairy at our other location on fall creek rd in Freeville. We are committed to providing quality, nutrient rich produce throughout the growing season while implementing sustainable farming practices.

What is a CSA?

Community Supported Agriculture is a unique venture that strives to connect farms, food and people in a mutually supportive community. CSA members pledge in advance to support a local grower for the summer season, and in return, affiliates receive shares of produce weekly from June to November.

Benefits of being in a CSA

Great food! Our produce is fresh from the field harvested daily. Our chemical-free

and nutrient rich soil allows us to produce flavorful fruits and vegetables. You also know exactly where your food comes from, who grows it, and how it’s grown. You also support sustainable agriculture and our local economy. You save money! By buying direct, members avoid paying retail prices and hidden costs of transportation and overhead. Finally, meal planning is made easier. check out our recipe of the week and our meal planning and recipe service!

Where to find us

We are at all of the Ithaca Farmers’ markets; Saturday and Sunday @ Steamboat landing in Ithaca, Tuesday @ Dewitt park in Ithaca, Wednesday at east hill plaza in Ithaca and Thursday @ steamboat landing in Ithaca. You can also find us at The Jerry Dell Farm Store in Freeville Monday thru Saturday 10-6., and we have a you pick strawberry patch on route 13 in Dryden open in June, on the corner of Simms hill and route 13.
