8am, Cortland County Family YMCA, 22 Tompkins St., Cortland. A beginner, indoor triathlon event sanctioned by USA Triathlon. Participants will swim for 10 minutes, bike for 30 minutes, and run for 20 minutes. This is a time based event so ALL can participate. CortlandYMCA Members $35, Program Members $50.
