12-1pm, Cortland Career Works, 99 Main St., Cortland. Free presentation by Audry Mattle, an undergrad student at the University of Rochester studying Neuroscience and Pre-Med. She also is an active member of the U of R cross country and track teams. She has struggled with Anorexia, Depression, and Anxiety since 12 years old. Clementine St Louis treats adolescents of all genders with Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder or Exercise Addiction. She is now in stable recovery and is using her experience to educate others about the different aspects of eating disorders, through the lens that eating disorders are a disease of disconnection, how the media and eating disorder stereotypes play a role, and what recovery looks like. She will also discuss how you can help friends and family who are struggling as well as improve eating disorder awareness and access to treatment. Free lunch included.
