12-3pm, Career Works, 99 Main Street.Cortland LGBTQ Center and Cortland County Mental Health invite you to a three hour workshop on preventing suicide among LGBTQ youth. This presentation was created by The Trevor Project, the largest LGBTQ suicide prevention service in the United States. The workshop will cover an introduction to LGBTQ identities, the differences between sexual orientation and gender identity, risk factors for LGBTQ youth suicide, and suicide prevention methods.
