Longest Mini Golf Hole in the World At Shipwreck Golf

Posted by  //  May 12, 2016  //  Local Business

Shipwreck Golf is continually striving to give you the best family experience possible. This spring McKinney Construction of Cortland was hired to build a 19th golf hole on the outdoor course. This hole when completed will be the longest mini golf hole in the world. The 19th hole wraps around the course and will be about a 12 par. Unlike the rest of the course this hole will be themed with many play through obstacles. At the end of the hole you get a chance to play for a free game.

In addition to the longest hole in the world Shipwreck is adding a new attraction.  This activity will be a dinosaur excavation. Children or adults can dig and brush just like a real archaeologist. Once your excavation is complete you will take home a dinosaur skeleton, an arrow head and fossils.

Both the 19th hole and the dino dig will be opening by June 1, 2016. Come on down to Shipwreck and have some fun. All attractions are now open: Paintball target, indoor golf, outdoor golf, bounce houses, Fluff and Stuff plush animals, treasure chest gem dig and wonderfully creamy soft serve ice cream. Open daily Monday – Friday at 11a.m., Saturday and Sunday at 10a.m. Visit us at 759 Route 13, Cortland (607) 758-8585 shipwreckgolf.com.
