Please join Cortland County Historical Society at the CNY Living HistoryCenter for a special presentation in conjunction with the exhibit “Lincoln: The Constitution and the Civil War. Former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Rhode Island Honorable Frank J. Williams will discuss the issues regarding civil liberties that Lincoln faced during the Civil War and how he addressed them.
