8 AM to 3 PM, including breakfast at the Fire Hall, Health outreach by Lourdes in the tent behind the Northern Tioga Center for Family Health, Potato donuts at the Community Hall, Potato Facts and History plus games and vendors at the Graded Schoolhouse, and at the Richford Congregational Church you can get a variety of food, hear musical groups, and see quilts on display, plus vendors in the parking lot.
