August 13 – John Daniels, Organ Concert with the Clinton String Quartet

8:55 – 10am, St. Mary’s Church, N. Main St., Cortland. Native son John (J.R.) Daniels will be performing on St. Mary’s historic 1896 Morey & Barnes tracker organ, as a featured organist for the Organ Historical Society’s Convention, held this year in Syracuse & environs. He will be accompanied by the Clinton String Quartet, which is sponsored by the Cultural Council of Cortland County. This concert is free and open to the general public. There will be a reception in the basement / Church Hall afterwards, to meet & greet the performers.
