Morning session 9am to noon; afternoon session 1:30pm to 4:30pm, Cortland Mini Conference Center, 131 Port Watson Street, Cortland. Supervising and Leading during Change, Transition and Stress Workshop will explore the challenges of supervising and motivating others, communicating/listening and being resilient as a leader. Dealing with Difficult People Workshop explores human behavior, conflict and skills to deal with difficult people at work. Presenter is Karen Fritz, experienced Employee Assistance professional and trainer from Family & Children’s Service of Ithaca. Registration Required.
