9am to 12noon, Virgil Town Hall, 1176 Church Street, Virgil. This 6 hour refresher course is geared for drivers 50 years of age or older but anyone can attend. Graduates under age 50 may also qualify for the discount; call your insurance agent to verify. AARP members $20, non members $25. Bring bag lunch. Sponsored by RSVP, Cortland Co. Health Ed.
