5:30 to 8:30pm, Cortland Regional Medical Center Auditorium, lower level, 134 Homer Avenue, Cortland. This 6 hour refresher course is geared for drivers 50 years of age or older but anyone can attend. Graduates under age 50 may also qualify for the discount; call your insurance agent to verify.
