7:30pm, Grace and Holy Spirit Church, 13 Court Street, Cortland. Central New York’s premier early music vocal ensemble Schola Cantorum of Syracuse will present a program that features Renaissance choral settings of the popular Medieval Marian antiphon Ave Regina Caelorum (Hail Queen of Heaven) by Power, Gombert, Guerrero and di Lasso. The concert will culminate in Guillaume Dufay’s great last motet and mass of the same title. Following the concert, audience members and the artists will converse at an informal reception.
