1PM: THE FABIUS HISTORICAL SOCIETY will meet at the Fabius Community Center (7786 Main St., Rt.80).
Pamela Poulin will broaden our knowledge about Amelia Jenks Bloomer, a temperance reformer and advocate of women’s rights, who was born in Homer, NY. Amelia became famous in 1851 for her “Turkish pantaloons” which were called bloomers. Free and open to the public. Refreshments will follow the program. Please join us.
