The Great Downtown Ithaca Chili Cook-Off

The 16th Annual Great Downtown Ithaca Chili Cook-off will feature chili prepared by approximately 30 restaurants as they compete for the titles of Best Meat/Overall Chili, Best Vegetarian, and People’s Choice Chili. In addition to Chili, there are other Chili related food items. The Chili Cook-off will feature a farmers market with vendors and local wineries, breweries, and farmer’s sampling their goods. All activities will take place on the Commons and surrounding streets.

There will be other events occurring throughout the day of the cook-off including the Chili Olympics, Hot Pepper Showdown, Chili ‘Stache Competition, and Chili Idol Karaoke.

Pre-Sale VIP Packages- Available February 9 -10 VIP tickets for $20 or 22 VIP tickets for $40 & Sassy Chili Necklace (while supplies last)

Sale Locations: Autumn Leaves Used Book Store, Collegetown Bagels (Collegetown and Downtown), the DIA office located in Center Ithaca at 171 E. State Street in Ithaca.

Why VIP? ** The additional cost associated with the VIP ticket allows the patron access to a separate fast moving VIP line. In order to avoid waiting in long lines to purchase tickets, the DIA encourages attendees to purchase their tickets in advance. (VIP and Non-VIP tickets)**

**Will-call is only available before Friday and will be picked up at the Aurora Street Ticket Booth.

Pre-Sale – Non-VIP tickets – Available February 9 – February 14

$5 for 5 or $10 for 11 for sampling chili, wine, beer or cider. Day of Tickets
