The CNY Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association will address caregiver issues associated with late stage symptoms of Alzheimer’s and end-of-life planning, such as such as physical care, understanding grief and guilt, community resources, and guidelines for ethical decision making. Hosted by the Cortland County Area Agency on Aging’s Caregiver Resource Center, this program is both educational and supportive in nature.
