12:30 to 3:30, Suggett Park. Cornell Cooperative Extension Bicycle Safety Program. Educational workshops will teach youth about basic bicycle repair, everyday maintenance, and vehicle and traffic safety laws. RUBEY (Recycling Used Bicycles by Educating You) supplies the bikes. Participants who complete both workshops will keep their bicycle at the end. Register at Cortland Youth Bureau, 35 Port Watson Street in Cortland.
