6:15pm, Cortland Community Caring Hospice, 11 Kennedy Parkway in Cortland. For those who are struggling to write a wedding speech, a local group will be hosting a seminar on the preparation and delivery of that all-important speech. The Crown City Toastmasters, who have been assisting local residents in their public speaking for more than 30 years, have elected to give some much needed assistance to best men, maids/matrons of honor and those who give the toast at the rehearsal dinner.
