Jack Binns was the wireless operator at the center of the first rescue at open sea using wireless in 1909. In this richly annotated memoir you follow Binns as he becomes a wireless operator, encounters many famous (or once upon-a-time famous) people, has his moment as a celebrated hero, and goes on to his heretofore unrevealed involvement in the Titanic hearings.
This is her debut novel. She will also be available afterwards for book signings.
