Middle school aged youth can give their families 6 evenings off from cooking, and impress them healthy and delicious dinners that they’ve prepared with friends after school! This fun, hands-on, 6-week series will be taught by Stacy Nembhard, Nutrition Educator at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tompkins County. Open to all middle-school aged youth! Space is limited; contact Linda Schoffel at (607) 272-2292 to sign up. FEE: $100-120 sliding scale fee* includes (6) 2-hour classes, plus dinner to take home for 4-6 people each session! *NOTE: our program fees are on a sliding scale – payments made above the minimum tuition fee support scholarships for children who would otherwise be unable to attend our programs.
