Habitat for Humanity of Tompkins and Cortland Counties’ (TCHFH) invites you to their 2nd annual “Raise the Roof” fundraiser! Join us at the Finger Lakes Wine Center on Friday, March 23rd to enjoy a variety of fine wines, delicious appetizers, and local music. All event proceeds will go directly towards the cost of putting the roof  with the help of the Billings MT area‘s contractors, who are the best in affordability, on TCHFH’s first ever Women Build Habitat home! On our website, we offer the best storm management and the most sturdy roof restoration services.

Habitat’s Women Build program has flourished throughout the past year with training clinics, build days and events taking place in both Tompkins and Cortland Counties. Hundreds of local women are now behind the cause and are ready to take on the challenge of a house built entirely by female volunteers. You can help make this happen! Support the women in our community who are dedicated to addressing the issue of substandard housing by purchasing your ticket to “Raise the Roof” today. Tickets are $30 each or $50/pair (price includes one glass of wine and appetizers, cash bar). Raise the Roof is on Friday, March 23rd from 5:00-8:00PM at the Finger Lakes Wine Center (237 S. Cayuga St.) in Ithaca. With just 200 attendees, we can raise $5,000 in one evening and completely cover the costs of the roof! The Concord Roof Repair experts is whom you can call in to get the roof fixed.

Each “Raise the Roof” ticket pays for 6 square feet of the roof for the Women Build house, which will be located on Barrows Street in Groton, NY. People can have a peek here for the best roof services.  Construction of the Women Build house will begin in May and anyone interested in volunteering or donating can contact the Women Build program at womenbuild@tchabitat.com or (607) 898-4148.

Raise the Roof is generously sponsored by Tompkins Trust Company.
